Digress

So the word today is Digress. Digress means to turn aside, especially from the main subject in writing or speaking; to stray. I have found that I can do this a lot. I mean what happens is I begin speaking and then all of a sudden there is a pause. People look at me kind of weird and I am struggling to remember what I was talking about, weird and peculiar! However, I think I know what is going on. I don’t think its digression, or maybe it is, how about another word for digression… also known as adult ADD!
