The Hecticness of it all!

So why not start off with Renee doing some rambling. Needless to say it was a very hectic weekend. The husband and I decided to take a much needed overnight trip to celebrate the anniversary. However, before that could happen Friday was a baseball game with our daughter M and our son M3 went to spend the night at an all boys night out with his uncle C and aunt L. He apparently had fun, because when I picked him up the following morning he was still in the same clothes, had a ring of dirt that was a inch thick, and I have never smelled a boy that smelt so boy as he did at that point in time! However, he had fun and that is all that really counts. So back to the beginning. We got in from the baseball game very late and M had a double header of softball the next morning. Mind you it was a very early game. We got her ready, I was able to watch the first game and then rush across town to pick up the boy, take him home for a much needed BATH and then get M into a much needed BATH when her and daddy arrived home. Get them ready by packing and packing our stuff to rush over to Grandma's so my husband and I can get to our destination for our overnight trip..... wow, hectic. I have to say it was much thanks to the relatives for helping out, without them nothing could have happended so I am greatful. The overnight trip was wonderful and I was very anxious to see the kiddos the next day... hey I'm still a mom, I can't help it.
